Why haven't I received my payout?

1. Please make sure you have set up your payout address successfully. Account – Mining Group – Setting – BTC Payout Address

2. Our minimum payout threshold is 0.005BTC. You can also set it to 0.01BTC, 0.05BTC or 0.1BTC. Your reward under the payout threshold will be saved to your balance. Please confirm if your reward is over your threshold.

3. Your bill for yesterday's reward will be confirmed by 00:00 (GMT+0). And the payout time will be 02:00 – 04:00 (GMT+0). In case of special circumstances, our payout time may be delayed.

4. For security reasons, your payout time will be 48 hours after you change the payout address. Rewards will be saved to your balance during this period.
